2012 Tryout Forms, Application and Calendar
All Paper work is due at the latest May 4th
In order to be cleared for open gym and tryouts the waiver forms must be turned in one day prior to participation. They can be handed in at any of the upcoming open gyms (note you would not be able to participate till the following), handed in to at the Graves building front desk (let them know you want it to go to cheer) or email Shermin at uwspirit@u.washington.edu
