I’ve been trying to do the online tryout form but there is no submit button for me to send it in. Is there any other way i can fill out my form?

Try “refreshing” the page, and the submit button should come up. Let us know if you try refreshing as well as closing and re-opening your browser and the submit button doesn’t appear, and we can figure out a way for you to get it to us. Thanks!
